What Sleeping Disorder Does My Friend Have?

I have a friend who never sleeps at night. She has trouble falling asleep, and falls asleep randomly around midnight each night. She will wake up at 4:30 every morning, but is never tired during the day. She has a little bit of an overactive imagination, but I don’t think that has anything to do with it. Do you have any idea what she has? I think I might tell her to just go to a sleep specialist, but I would like any information I can get. Thanks.
