I have jactacio capitis nocturna. Its a sleep disorder that is know as rocking and rolling. It effects not only my sleep, but my wifes sleep. Any body have any suggestions as what to do?

    I’m an insomniac and when I did sleep I woke up with pain and discomfort. I kept my boyfriend up all night as well. I couldn’t help it if I was lying down I was tossing and turning. I took a chance and went on Ebay.com and found a memory foam mattress for our bed. I put it on and now I sleep like a dream!!! My boyfriend doesn’t feel any movement nor do I.     Try smoking a joint, trust me it works.
    My girlfriend had a similar problem, she started smoking and sleept like a baby.
    But dont smoke too much, then the opposite might happen. Stop when you can feel a little dizzy.

    yes there is. put a slow music on the background. very low. and then make sure your bed is clean, your room is clean, and then think about the good day you have when you were little or make love to your wife. make sure you are clean your self take a good bath with cold water. felt all fresh. this is what i do.
