I think i may have a sleep disorder of some type. Im not sure though. I sometimes struggle to get to sleep, but most commonly, i wake up 3-4 times every night (not being able to get back to sleep for 15 minutes- 1 hour) as well as the fact that i wake up very very early (bot purposely, trust me i would much rather sleep in). As a result, all of this lost sleep hits me during the day and leaves me utterly exhausted. Could this be a sleep disorder?

Search for it at http://arcameda.com But if you are having trouble sleeping every night and this has been going on for a while, you should see a doctor.

    i dont think so, many people like myself have trouble sleeping but a sleeping disorder? all i can do is give advice like before you go to sleep try to do something that will relax you…no video games or computer! somthing like reading a book or a magazine.

    I hardly ever sleep, maybe 2 hours a night and im totally drained durring the day but if thats how it goes it does, maybe try a new matress i dont think you have a sleeping disorder.
