I get a full night of sleep every night. Seven to eight hours. It is just at weird times (not getting to sleep until 5 AM then sleeping until 1 PM). This has been going on for over a year. Is this considered insomnia or some other sleep disorder? And what would help?

  1. Anonymous says:

You most likely have a circadian rhythm disorder called delayed sleep phase syndrome, which is quite common in adolescents and young adults, although usually not quite as severe as you describe.

that started happening to me recently. then i tried switching to the opposite side of the bed, and i fell right asleep like i used to. maybe u need to try relaxing or switching ur position in which u sleep.
