    not nessesarly it could be do to stress if you think you do get a sleep test done sleep apnia can do that to you

    Yes ideally average people should need about 8hrs. sleep, but some youngsters who are full of energy, 3-5 hrs. is enough to them. Try to do some excerise, workout a little bit and go to bed at 11ish, perhaps you might get up around 5/6 the next morning.

    I would say so…. we all have different sleep needs, but most people need at least 8 hoursof uninterrupted sleep per night for ideal function during waking hours. The question is, do you FEEL like you’re getting enough sleep? I doubt it, so you should talk to your doctor.

    This is extremely common in women and it has to do with the liver according the Chinese medicine. I had this as did several of my girlfriends. An acupuncturist helped me clear it up. Now I sleep straight through – except when my partner’s snoring wakes me up!
