Um
Everyone dreams. Every night they sleep. That isn’t a disorder.
That is the way it is supposed to be.
Some don’t remember them, but they have them.

Are these really disturbing dreams? Because everyone dreams at night, I don’t think there is really anything you can do to stop them. Are you overly stressed perhaps? Speak to you doctor to see what he/she recommends.

Everyone dreams at night, whether they know it or not. If you’re having vivid dreams every night, you’re probably stressed. Have a warm malted milk drink at bedtime and keep a journal to get all your stresses out.

I think dreaming everynight is quite normal.
    And I don’t think there’re any disorders. =)

Unless they were nightmares, I wish I could remember my dreams everynight…Sometimes I will remember my dreams for a couple days in a row and I find that odd, but I just take it as I am getting very good sleep. I have always heard that people dream when they are in the very deep sleep know as the REM state of sleep. So you should consider yourself very lucky to be getting such good sleep! Start a journal, maybe there is a pattern to your dreams.

Most people dream every night, but they just dont remember their dreams. If your dreams are vivid, or worry you, then maybe you need to see a psychologist, to talk about these dreams and find out why they trouble you. Try not eating spicy food, and have cammomile tea at bedtime, or hot milk. Take a warm bath at bedtime, and relax.

Dreaming is normal. Why would you want to stop it. Unless they are night terrors, then I would suggest a psychologist, if that doesn’t help then seek a sleep specialist.

actually when you dream it means you are in REM sleep(rapid eye movemet) which means you are sleeping deeply, thats good because you should be resting, i wish i could dream every night and rest well, so i wouldnt think you have a problem God Bless

  8. prissy_p says:

From what I’ve read over the years, everyone dreams every night. So this should not be considered a sleep disorder, in and of itself.

  9. Larry V says:

Did you do a lot of LSD when younger that would go a long way to explaining the situation.
